Shangnan Yinfeng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. is a key investment promotion enterprise settled in Shangnan Economic Development Zone in April 2024, with a registered capital of RMB 90 million. Integrating the R&D, production, processing and sales of aluminum products, it specializes in aluminum-based new materials and acts as a leading enterprise in the regional aluminum processing industry.

Benefiting from the sound business environment of Shangnan County, the company adopted the operation mode of "government-built factory buildings, high-quality park services and ready-to-move-in facilities for enterprises", which enabled rapid commissioning of production. Construction kicked off in May 2024, and a fully automatic production line for hydrophilic aluminum foil was completed and put into operation within 4 months. At present, the company operates 4 production lines with an annual output of 40,000 tons and an annual output value of RMB 1 billion. It is equipped with advanced processing and testing equipment as well as a comprehensive quality management system to guarantee consistent product quality.

Its self-developed "double-coating and double-baking" technology drives the high-end and eco-friendly upgrading of its products. Covering a full range of aluminum alloy grades, our products are widely applied in refrigeration, pharmaceutical packaging and other sectors. We serve as a core supplier for well-known brands including Haier and Gree. Besides, we have established in-depth cooperation with Chang’an University to plan and build a dedicated R&D center, so as to strengthen our core competitiveness.

As a key backbone enterprise of the local area, upon full capacity operation of Phase I project, the company can pay over RMB 25 million in annual taxes, create more than 100 local jobs and fuel the development of upstream and downstream industrial chains. In the next step, we plan to invest RMB 700 million in the Phase II project to construct standardized factory buildings and automatic production lines. After both phases reach full production capacity, we target an annual output value exceeding RMB 3 billion and annual profits and taxes of RMB 200 million. We strive to build a domestically advanced and Shaanxi’s largest production base for new aluminum foil materials, boosting high-quality local economic development and rural revitalization.
